"From my arrival to my departure, the staff was incredible! Warm, welcoming and friendly staff! I originally requested an ocean view room, however I was in the upper part of the resort. A near section overlooking the main pool. I even had my own private swimming pool just off my room! Newer rooms with beautiful bathroom and walk in shower! Great restaurant overlooking the ocean and a very well maintained beach, featuring horseback riding, fishing, catamaran rides, etc. I highly recommend this place and I know I will be back to this place again!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #puravida"

Grounds are beautifully landscaped and staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was great as well as the entertainment options! I would stay here again."

"What a great place! They say if you love your job, you'll never work a day. I've never seen staff who were as happy to be at work. Everyone was smiling and cheerful every day. Their work reflected their attitude. Everything was clean and well maintained, and things were always done right. The pool was sparkling clean each morning. The room was always made up perfectly. The restaurants were all excellent with very attentive staff. The pool bar was exceptional. Great drinks created by happy, smiling bartenders. Don't fail to have a cheeseburger from the 5 o'clock somewhere grill! This is truly a bit of paradise. I'll single out just a few. Scott, the manager, deserves credit for keeping his staff happy and performing the way they do! Carol at the front desk, Elias, Juan Pablo, Felippe, Nadezca at the pool bar. Mabel, our perfect housekeeper. The maintenance guys who are always smiling and hard at work. The landscaping crew who keep it looking great. All the waiters and waitresses at every restaurant. This was a top notch experience. I'll also recommend the sunset catamaran excursion from the marina. That was a highlight. We'll definitely be back!"
