"Everything was good, except the Spa facility. Not sure if its private and not owned by Savoy, but i booked a hammam and massage service for some relaxation and quiet time but during the hammam it was super noisy (i know it was the staff talking) and the changerooms did not have any towels or a spa grade shampoo conditioner. It was the same 2in1 bottle as in our room. For the price the Spa was not worth it. "

"The complete experience and especially the staff and service were top-notch at this Riad. The rooms, common areas and especially the rooftop terrace are fantastic and very clean and immaculate. But frankly it is the staff that made the experience so wonderful. They are so warm and welcoming and quick to help with any need- the ones you ask for and the ones you don’t even realize you need. Abdula, Mustafa and Younes in particular treated us like family and would go back just to see them again. The location is also great. Just close enough to all the blessed chaos of Marrakech but just far enough off the main soul areas that you feel relaxed and in a zen zone when you return from your adventures. "
