"It was a short stay it was enjoyable"

"One of the negatives of not having a meet and greet you have no one to show you how things work. Also no seat cushions on terrace furniture. The apartment was nicely situated over looking the pool it was a quiet complex but was too far away from resturants and commercial centres we didn’t use a car and found it very restricting."

The apartment is exactly as listed and for us the best aspect is the solarium. We also really enjoyed the location, with its proximity to the La Fuente CC and the canal, which enabled us to go on many long, flat walks."

"We had a lovely stay here for a week over Easter with our 2 children 12 & 15. Apartment is a little outdated, but that is typical of Torrevieja and reflected in the price. The photos do not do it justice - it is actually over 3 floors with 2 small balcony's and a roof terrace! Very good location, right near Playa de Locos beach and multiple restaurants and supermarkets. A fair 15+ min walk to the Centro zone with more beaches and restaurant options. "Amazing location, quiet neighbourhood so no road noise, clean and tidy all around and equipped with everything you need. Pool area was clean all the time. Plenty of space all around, even upstairs on the terrace. All in all amazing property and I would definitely recommend!"

In the bathroom, a falling ceiling and water pouring in rain, mold in the corners, yellow hood with grease, dirty fridge, oven and toaster. It was very dirty and lack of basic cleaning products (toilet paper 1 roll for two bathrooms, garbage bags, kitchen dishwasher, dishwasher capsules). Roof terrace is big and it’s extremely private with fantastic sea views. The communication with Fabienne was excellent throughout. The apartment is being advertised as “Beautiful newly refurbished” which is a complete lie, everything in this place is old, dated or broken and dirty, we complained about the first day, and the owner basically ignored it. The kitchen doesn’t have a matching set of dishes, the drawer with silverware is nasty (we didn’t even use it), the bath towels looked like floor rags, washed out and old (we bought new ones at Carrefour to use). "Spent a month in the apartment, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Its very well situated, 5 minutes from the seafront. Yes, the street can be a little bit noisy at night , but its a small price to pay being so close to everything. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. My only disappointment was the lack of an oven, apart from that , everything you need is on site. Torrevieja is an excellent base for a short or long stay.. it comes highly recommended by me."
