"A lot of people who complain about this resort is likely used to the 5 stars from cancun high rise. This is a 3 star resort and it is honestly the best 3 star resort i have ever been too and totally worth the money as i would like to come back here. The staff here are super friendly as they will go above and beyond to make your stay feel comfortable. I do recommend you buy a mexican sim card for data as the wifi isnt the strongest but other than that, this place is amazing."

"Amazing resort specially if you get the all inclusive. Note that for transportation just get the official taxi at the airport, not from the people who offer Uber black or resort direct, the one at the airport is controlled and is fine."
