"Very clean and friendly staff. Utilized RUI Elite Club. This helped a lot with restaurant reservations to avoid the long line at the Steakhouse. Move than enough food at all restaurants. Pool wait staff is very slow due so many drinks they have to get. So if you don’t want to wait then you can walk to the pool bar and get speedy service. The massage people on the beach are a bit pushy they will ask you over and over about getting a massage and how they are the best. Overall experience was amazing, food was delicious. Drinks wise… I’m a beer guy so I only drank beer but for the few shots I had the Mexican candy shot was delicious. Tomas the server at the buffet was absolutely amazing. My mimosas and drinks were never empty. "

"Great place!! It was our first time in Cancun and staying here was a great option. The people the food the service was over all amazing!! We loved the love entertainment like the red shoes México they were awesome and so were the bartenders like Geronimo!! We definitely will be going back there!! It was nice because it was quite and kinda off away from all the other hotels but not to long of a drive into the city. Honestly we could have never left the place and still had an awsome time!! "

"The attention to service was great. Everyone was very helpful. If we needed to leave the resort the taxi coordinator was on it. The most we waited for the taxi was 4 minutes. We were a party of 4. The buffet food was good. They attempted to offer different selections during lunch time. We did wait about 80 minutes for dinner Saturday night. Overall would definitely stay here again. However, the entertainment is next door at Santa Fe. "
