Newly remodeled and overall good condition. You’ll get some street noise if you’re facing the street. The upper deck could use some umbrellas, tables and chairs because there is a lot of sun up there.

This place had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay on the island. They provided beach chairs and umbrella which was perfect. They provided drinking water as well as coffee and a coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked fantastic. We felt they thought of all the little things that some other places lack. My only concern was that if you don’t have WiFi then communication can be tricky for checking in. He answered very quickly when I messaged but I’m from Canada and don’t have a WiFi plan on my phone so I had to try to find somewhere that had WiFi to see his message. Once checked in though, the place exceeded our expectations.

First let me say this property is right across the street from the beach, looking out on beautiful coconut palms and street vendors selling fresh tropical fruit. It sits above a small convenience store, a souvenir shop and pharmacy. Perfect. Yes you will have to walk up a flight of stairs, maybe two depending on the room. A splash pool and small courtyard adorn the rear which we didn’t use, but a nice amenity. We chose the two bed “whale” room which had a lovely balcony and faced the ocean. Microwave, coffee maker and excellent refrigerator. The air conditioning was ice cold. Clean, nice bathroom, roomy. They supplied beach towels, and excellent tommy Bahama beach chairs and a large umbrella. They are charging $15 an hour for these on the beach so they truly saved us hundreds of dollars. So in conclusion, please don’t go here because I need it to be available for my next visit
