"Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. "Everything was excellent. The only bad experience we had was at our mexican dinner. Rude waiter kept telling us that we had to order quick , that he did not have the time. Also the pregnant woman was so rude to us. The roof was leaking on my neck and whaen i asked if we could move tables or even move the table , it seemed like they were upset about it. Especially the pregnant woman. There was a very nice lady who was serving the water which was extremely nice. She made the difference. I think her name was gloria but not sure. Other than that experience, everything else was great 👍 "
