"Our stay started with the air conditioning not working on the first night, leaving the room at around 35C. The host resolved it the next day.Unfortunately, the bigger issues came afterward. We suddenly had no running water at all — we couldn’t wash our hands, flush the toilet, or take showers. When we contacted the host, he claimed it was a general neighborhood issue and said he would only address it if the problem continued. "Very clean especially for beach area where sand can be an issue. Walkable through center of town to beach at 15 minutes with good places to eat and not overally saturated with tourism. Host very easy to get a hold of. The pool is a nice touch and we would hose off sand before getting in but nice feel before going to bed. in"
