"I visited solo to treat myself for Mother’s Day. I had such a relaxing time. I felt safe and so welcomed. My entire stay I was assisted by the hotel staff who do an amazing job! Food was great & there is a lot of areas to explore and go depending on what vibe you’d like. Special thanks to Manuel at the front who made my stay so special from beginning to end! I will be returning with my family this time very soon. Thank you!!"

"Property & food overall were exceptional! Only part the company needs to alleviate is the sales pitch of buying/ investing in the property. I had 3 different sales persons try to convince to invest in the property. It was originally presented to me as a welcome breakfast but it was by far a welcoming feeling. What was suppose to past 90 mins presentation turned into 3 hours of people pressuring me to invest into the property/company. It was the most uncomfortable feeling & took up most of my day while I’m suppose to be on VACATION! Please get rid of this practice. If you promise a time limit of 90 mins then that should be honored not dragged out to try to get someone to invest. I already Paid thousands of dollars to have an all inclusive experience; don’t taint it my trying to pressure someone to spend an additional thousand! Allow people to come there & truly enjoy their vacation. "
