"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Incredible Experience at Vidanta! Our stay at Vidanta was truly unforgettable and easily one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had! Although this review is listed under BON Hotel, we actually did not stay there because we were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade to The Estates. What an amazing surprise! Even though we stayed at The Estates, I want to mention that the entire Vidanta property is absolutely beautiful and impressive. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional customer service. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a wonderful stay. I wish I could remember everyone’s name because so many people went above and beyond for us. Two people who especially stood out were David, one of our drivers at The Estates, who was always friendly and incredibly helpful, and Alexis at The Estates reception, who assisted us several times throughout our stay and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, but it is the people who truly make the experience unforgettable. We felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend Vidanta and cannot wait to return! Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special and giving us memories we will never forget. ❤️"

"My experience here was great! The staff are so kind and helpful, they’re passionate about their jobs and were amazing to talk to. One pool was closed, but not an issue as the other 2 were running efficiently. Amazing food, great location, perfect resort!"

"When checking in, we didn't realize we had booked an ENCLAVE room which came with a private check-in on one of the top floors. Check-in was a breeze and the staff at the lounge were great. While we waited for our luggage to arrive to our room, we went off to one of the walk-in restaurants on site since we hadn't ate yet. Food was decent. The best spot on the resort was CocoMar. Aside from the food, the pool was great (heated) so it was easy to get in and enjoy without the fear of that ice cold water hitting your body. We also took a dip in the ocean and that was also warm which we weren't expecting. Overall our family enjoyed the location and would come back again."

"The patios were gross with bird poop and debris. The rooms were nice ac cold beds very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Buffet was very well stocked and great gluten free options including some of the best banana bread ever gluten free or not. Late night music and noise from neighboring rooms vie tv sharing walls can be problematic. All in all good stay. Being off season not sure what it would be like during prime time. We loved the old Fiesta adult only property sure wish they didn’t sell to Hilton"

"This property is amazing! We love staying here. The pools are nice. Really warm water which would be the only thing we would have changed. The beach is extremely nice. Everyone on the property was nice, happy and helpful."
