"Thank you Jaime for hosting us for our honeymoon! We stayed for 7 nights in September. The cabin was beautiful and the outdoor shower was amazing! We were looking for something unique and definitely found it. September is very hot and humid in San Pancho so having no A/C was a challenge, however we were able to enjoy the jungle and most nights the cabin would cool to a comfortable temperature. "Beach and pool areas very well maintained. Room very comfortable, clean and had plenty of towels, hand towels, face cloths and bar well maintained. One comment our group found - portions of food, especially at the Steak House, was over whelming! One of the best meals was at the Mexican restaurant on our last night - right portions of food! Accommodated our group when 8-17 people would gather for dinner! "

"Very nice All inclusive property in a beautiful bay setting in Puerto Vallarta. The southern beaches are the best in this area. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and there are activities for all ages. This hotel has a beautiful setting right in the bay. Beach front property with lovely sunsets daily. "

"It was a wonderful stay at Hyatt Ziva- the staff were incredibly attentive and sweet. The hotel was beautiful and right on the private beach- it felt like we were in an episode of White Lotus because of how picturesque it was. 10/10"

"I visited solo to treat myself for Mother’s Day. I had such a relaxing time. I felt safe and so welcomed. My entire stay I was assisted by the hotel staff who do an amazing job! Food was great & there is a lot of areas to explore and go depending on what vibe you’d like. Special thanks to Manuel at the front who made my stay so special from beginning to end! I will be returning with my family this time very soon. Thank you!!"

"Great stay, great amenities, great customer service, and great food. Love how you can’t hear other noise from other rooms. Great staff, Joel and Miquel were awesome! I only wish they had a Hotel Mio in the romanatic zone of Puerto Vallarta."
