"The rooms are extremely small and very hot in summer. The bed is very hard as well as the pillows. On the upside, the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the reservation we did through Expedia was not honored correctly. Once they realized the mistake they tried to correct but the harm was done. They always claimed that Expedia did not send the reservation details correctly!"

"My wife and I had a great stay at the Hotel Andria. Everything was as described and the hotel could not be better situated in town. The hotel staff, from check in to housekeeping, were super friendly and warm - even though we struggled with our Spanish. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in La Seu D.Urgell. "Oui, notre séjour fut agréable ; l'ambiance est familiale et sereine ; le contact est facile malgré les difficultés des échanges linguistiques. Le seul petit problème pour nous qui sommes septuagénaires reste l'accès à la chambre ! Nous trouvons les marches d'escalier de plus en plus hautes à franchir... Surtout avec nos bagages. Dans notre chambre, tout est bien propre mais bien exigu ! Pour Madame, cela convient mais pour Monsieur, une impression de loger dans une maison de poupée !"

"This is an excellent hotel. Felt way more expensive than it was. Amazing views, excellent restauarant (both the pub and the buffet). I wish we had tried the spa because it looked great. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and shower were the best I've had in a hotel in a long while. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was clean. There is paid parking at the hotel which you probably will need, and the only thing I would say is to let staff know if you have a big car and they will keep the space next to you empty if they can and you would struggle to fit otherwise. "
