"Great place to stay! A beautiful home with a lovely private backyard/ patio area. Host was very responsive and answered all my questions before and during my stay. I was able to host a lowkey gathering (with permission from the host) and used the grill for the occasion. Very easy to use! The home was equipped very simple standard items such as cooking and eating utensils, and towels and soap in the bathrooms. Happy with the big clean beds!! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfy."

"I am in love with Topanga! This area is so beautiful and the house was wonderful. The view of the mountains was breathtaking. Very clean and roomy house with all the necessities available. I will say the driveway and parking was a bit hairy but with another set of eyes to help out, it was fine. The suv was a great choice of vehicles. Communication was great! We will be back!!"

"Overall, this was a great stay for the value. Parking: There is only one designated parking spot that is first-come, first-served. There was a silver Porsche parked there 24/7 that seemed to belong to the resident of the property. It never moved and was never available during my stay. Thankfully, there is ample street parking available and I never was w/o parking.
