"What an amazing resort, the gardens are well tendered and landscaped, the staff are warm, friendly and professional, the location is excellent and the rooms are comfortable and stylish. The resort is absolutely stunning, with the iconic castle adding a magical touch that both kids and adults appreciated. The grounds are immaculate, and the attention to detail in the design is remarkable. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. We loved waking up to gorgeous views of the ocean and lush resort scenery. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless and well-maintained. The all-inclusive dining options were top-notch, with a variety of cuisines to suit every palate. The themed nights in the restaurants were a highlight, offering exciting and diverse dining experiences. While the nightly shows around the castle were visually appealing, we felt they could have been more engaging. However, the activities for kids and the daytime entertainment were fantastic, making this an ideal destination for families. The pools were incredible—clean, well-kept, and with ample seating. It was easy to find a relaxing spot under the sun or join in the fun with the kids in the water play areas. Overall, Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife is an exceptional resort, perfect for families or anyone seeking a luxurious and enjoyable getaway. We left feeling relaxed and happy, and we would absolutely recommend it despite the minor shortcomings in the night shows! "
