The room was very nice! Very pet friendly hotel (they provide poles outside with dog bags). Very accommodating time wise. We’re moving and didn’t know when we’d arrive but since they have a 24hr front desk they were able to check us in quite late (when I called ahead they told me as long as I was there before 3-4am so very flexible!). Frozen parking lot was very slippery and I had a very difficult time trying to walk to my truck.

I had an unusual request because I was fleeing from a domestic abuse situation with my dog. The staff was absolutely fantastic and were so understanding and helpful. I was totally safe and so impressed. Couldn’t be more thankful to the staff.

I had booked this room as a more reasonably-priced option in the area for a family wedding, so when I opened the door to our room, I paused in shock. The room was gorgeous and looked like a $400 room, and I had to remember what we had paid which was closer to $150. We had two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with a separate door for the bath/shower. That makes getting ready with multiple people so much easier! Did I mention a flat screen TV in each room?? Very clean and modern. Just returned from a resort stay in Breck. The kids commented that this hotel was nicer!

We stayed in the "pet-friendly" room (Rm 100). The bathroom and bedsheets were nice & clean, but the rest of the room wasn't. Looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. Found a bit of dog food (kibble) behind the TV, and worst of all, found some Advil tablets next to the bed. What if my dog had ingested that? This is the kind of stuff that would have been picked up had the room been vacuumed. The thermostat in this room is a bit wonky, as the wall unit either blew too hot or too cold. ...
