"This is a nice hotel in a quiet town outside of Hamburg. The hotel has a nice location overlooking a river and has a great rooftop terrace that is really beautifully decorated. The staff is sweet and polite, nothing to put a finger on. The price the same level as other larger hotels and therefore you should expect similar quality and accommodation. "I am not sure why this is called a sport hotel. There is a weird gym, but no pool or other options for fitness. Breakfast was nice. Reservations communication and service need to be improved."

"Great hotel, super breakfast, on Arriva the 3rd bed wasent available i out room, so the helpful receptionist quickly transferred is to a room with the 3rd bed and gave us complementary minibar. If i had to nidpick the the pool was a couple degrees colder than advertised"
