"We were rushed to checkout by 11 am. Need to allow at least until 12 noon like other major hotels. This will be a deal breaker in the future for our stay. When we asked the hotel staff, they were not helpful and were very strict. They were reading out penalty amounts for every hour of delayed check out beyond 11 am. Management needs to think about this seriously. No winder why the hotel was more than half empty."

"Upon arrival my room was not well cleaned: there were spill and stain marks on the besdiede tables, no toilet paper in the toilet role, a clump of dark hair beside the tub and the sitting chair and ottoman had numberous stains that warranted deep cleaning or simply replacement from overuse."

"A bit disappointed with one of the staff members. I stayed two days, but only one day's worth of coffee is supplied in the room. I asked at the front counter if I could get a coffee packet for the second morning. She said yes, but then couldn't find one. She returned to the counter and said there weren't any available. In my mind, what she should have done is jot down my room number and let me know she would track one down and get back to me (or have it delivered). Instead she just gave me the "this discussion is over" look. The problem was exacerbated by the broken coffee machine in the lobby...so I walked to Dunkin for coffee in the morning. "

"All the corridors smelled like heavy Clorox . Bed comfortable but room needed upkeep . Shower wall soaps empty. TV not functioning. Apparently problem with cable company . Breakfast lacking fruits and yogurt. No skim milk available for cereals"

"Very comfy bed with great pillows. Shower was excellent with good products. Big TV. Prompt shuttle to ORD. Easy off and on the freeway. The restaurant was really good as well. It is our go to when flying from Chicago. Parking is reasonable…"
