"Great property to enjoy some time right by the beach! Little strange that no linens or items for the bathroom such as a foot mat or towels are included - you will need to bring all of that on your own. The unit could also use a deep clean as in numerous areas, it was incredibly dusty or I could see hair from previous stays. This was not a huge deal to us however as our stay was short and the host was helpful in allowing early check in."

"This condo has a magnificent, panoramic view of the ocean and quick access to the beach. Very private. Accommodations were clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts, Karen and Chris, were welcoming and even communicated with us prior to our arrival to alert us to the potential for early check-in. "This was a perfect place with three teenage kids and a Golden! The Sound offered water play and Sunsets like we’ve never seen before. The closed in sun porch quickly became a reading room. My husband and I enjoyed the running/ waking part across the street. Our three teenage kids were very comfortable with the space. As were my husband and I."

"This was our favorite location yet in the Outer Banks. Situated a couple of blocks from the ocean and only a few blocks from the Currituck Lighthouse, this charming casita provided my husband and me with our favorite parts of the Outer Banks. The house itself was perfect for us with a large kitchen and family room area and two bedrooms and bathrooms — all new and beautifully furnished. It’s also pet friendly so we could bring our beloved golden retriever! We couldn’t have enjoyed our visit more!"

"We are building the house at the Albemarle Plantation and it was good to find a shelter right in the neighborhood. It's a beautiful neighborhood with a wonderful golf course and marina. The club house restaurant, the dockside cafe and the pool just a few minutes from this property. The marina for the boaters is nearby. NIce small condo with all necessary amenities. We enjoyed staying there. Thank you to the owners."

"There were plenty of coffee pods but we learned no kuerig. There were chairs no umbrella so we bought one and donated. Dusting could have been better. I found contacts by my bedside. No floor mats in the bathrooms. Towels were skimpy. No hair dryer in bathroom. The hosts didn't go the extra steps to make it welcoming."

"I came down to look at a home to buy at Elizabeth city and check out the town and end up staying in this wonderful place and the house was very nice. The place was historic and fun food and coffee, nearby and beer across the street by the river, it was fun to go back in time. I"

"The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...

"Property included lots of activities for families - shuffleboard, table tennis and indoor pool were our favorites. Everything was clean and stocked ( pots, extra bedding) and included free laundry machines! "
