"Staff were incredibly friendly. My husband and I both commented on how happy the employees were. Room was clean and comfortable. You cannot beat the deal with their free buffet in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Food is fresh and they have an excellent variety. Where possible, we will always stay at Drury when traveling!"

"Three improvement opportunities: 1) refrigerator turns off after 2 hours ama must be turned on by pressing a button inside the fridge. This doesn't work for anyone with refrigerated medicine and perishable foods which require refrigeration. I had to get up every 2 hours throughout the night to get the medication refrigerated. 2) we were on hold for a long, long time to ask for a refrigerator that stays on. 3) the shower floor was insanely slippery."

"We arrived after 9 last night and it looked great from the outside. Upon walking in, it looked rather old. The lady was very nice at the front desk and told us breakfast was at 7. Cool. We set off to find the room... We get to the second floor and it stops before our room #. We look around confused and i see a door. It says exit. I said "I'm trying it!" Sure enough, it leads to a hidden hallway. We walk, and our room is still missing. Well, lookie there; another door. We enter our second hidden hallway and BAM! our room appears. I already have a weird feeling about this place but open the door anyway. After getting inside, the room smells of something I can't describe. The lamp shade has a stain & busted, bed sheets have stains, couch is gross... It's just awful. I said out loud "it looks like it has bugs.." And in the bathroom and low and behold: a roach. On the toilet seat. And it's a baby! It was one of many. I go downstairs and tell the lady, " yea, we aren't staying. There are roaches." She does not seem the least bit surprised. She says "everywhere, or just one?" Then tells me we will get a refund that they are now refusing. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"This was a terrible place to stay. The room was horrible the surrounding was very sketchy and unsafe. Don't stay if you have children"
