"The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel...

"Used this property for a short stay to visit the Keys and surrounding area. Using Google Maps to view street photos, shows a complete makeover of the property from the listing and in person. Would stay here again "

"This was our second stay at this property. You might ask why? Easy check in, property extremely clean and equipped with EVERYTHING you can think of and more. Perfect location with many restaurants to pick from, or you can order in. Grocery stores near by, Malls, plant nurseries, the Miami zoo. Or stay in and enjoy the pool table or a back patio Barbecue and a swim in the pool. Thank you, Melissa for providing your property at the crossings."

"Our stay was very comfortable, we were a party of 12. Each area was very spacious, and super clean. The pool had warm water, which was a plus in these days that it was chilly in Florida. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and the soccer field area. We did outside barbeque, in the outdoor area which was super enjoyable. The pool table was a plus for all the adults."

"First of all, communication with management was lacking to the point that VRBO was looking for another rental property for us while we were in route. Next, the address listed is incorrect. We went to the wrong house. All the houses in the subdivision are exactly the same. There are lots of things that need attention including: wobbly dining chairs...screws loose clothes in dryer dirty sheets in two of the closets dirty dishes and pans in cupboard no dish detergent and dishwasher unplugged shower...

Owner was very responsive and helpful the whole time, great communication. The pool was hot, the backyard was fun, and it's really nice to have a bathroom specifically outside for the pool area.
