"We had a wonderful time in our condo on Hutchinson Island. Our host, Michelle, was very attentive to any question we had. The condo was very clean and was very well stocked with anything we might need. The beach and pool were fabulous! Beautiful place to stay!!"

"The hotel was lovely, but I was not clear that this listing was a hotel broker and not a direct person as the listing shows a name and not the actual company - "Contact Adeth for info related to payments, modifying your reservation, check-in procedures or activities in the area." As I looked back to review, it also states "Guests will receive an email from the host with check-in and check-out instructions. There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the host ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation." - there is absolutely is a full service front desk. Finally, nowhere in the listing does it discuss the resort fee. We ran into an issue with sugar ants but they hotel fixed the issue. Because of having to deal with the sugar ants, they did not have us pay the resort fee, but this listing says "no hidden fees" - that is definitely not shown. I messaged the company about it already but 4 months later it is still not updated. They are renovating around the property and it continues to get better year over year."

"We stayed at this property for a full month and loved every moment. The check-in was smooth. The unit was clean and supplied with everything we needed. You can't beat the view from the balcony, and it's conveniently situated to the pool, fitness, pickle ball and beach access. The parking was the best spot in garage. Susan was very responsive. I would return again."

"The location is fantastic. Parking was easy, the beach and the pool were very nice and the balcony view is tough to beat. The unit itself is a little outdated. A little painting would do a lot of good and we were not able to lock the front door from outside the unit. All in all we had a great time and would not hesitate to come back."

"This property had a beautiful view, however needed many updates. When I got there the toilet wasn’t flushing and needed to be replaced which was done a day and a half after my check in. The vrbo description advertises sleeping accommodatioms for four people. When I tried to use the pull out couch springs were missing so couldnt use the bed. The internet kept going out so I had to continuously reset it. So obviously the modem needs to be replaced. The closet door in the bedroom was broken and wouldn’t close. They had used tape to help keep the door on the track which didnt work. There were nails in the wall with no pictures on them. The entire unit needs updating with fresh paint. Definitely not worth the money I paid for. I literally thought I was living in the slums instead of condo on the beach. On a positive note, the realtor was very responsive and helpful when I had a problem…I will actually be requesting some sort of refund from Vrbo. "
