"This place was incredible. I read the reviews, did my research. And wow, it was even better than depicted! Amazing location. Wonderful house. Access to both beaches was perfect because one day it was really windy. The house has so much charm. Perfect for our kids who loved the bunk room. Enough space for everyone. Communication with the host was also top notch. Totally impressed and a house to remember, not some generic subdivision. Hope to be back!"

"This is the second time we have rented this beach house. There are several reasons why we picked the very same house again. This property has everything! I’ve never stayed at a place that you didn’t have to bring anything or worry about cleaning up before you leave. You have the bay on one side and ocean front on the other. They have any beach supplies you could want, a small pool that was awesome, and any household item you could think of. Besides filling the fridge with your particular items you want, everything else is there. Al, the property manager, was awesome with communication and any questions I had. I highly recommend this house for a great relaxing get-away!"

"The property is beautiful and very well kept. We had a map of the grounds but it was difficult to comprehend what was Marriott and what was private property. Staff was very nice and attentive but no room service. We had a nice stay!"

"Our vacation stay at this property was nothing less than amazing. The home was beautiful, impressive, and very well stocked. Private beachfront property with stunning views and a scenic walkway through the mangroves that led out to the intercoastal dock where we watched the dolphins every day. Detailed pictures of the home do a pretty good job of featuring the layout, but we were most impressed by the service we received. I’ve rented many other properties from VRBO, and I’ve never had a bad experience, but I have to say Al and his team really set a new standard for customer service. So much thought was put into every detail. From the welcome basket we received, to the robes, slippers, beach towels, coffee, tea, creamers, jellies, and all of the countless beach toys that were made available…. fishing poles, kayaks…. everything. Al even provided us with a phone charger since I managed to leave mine at home. I messaged him when I was two hours away from the property and the charging cord was delivered to the house before we even arrived. After surveying the area, I was a bit concerned about getting my father out to the dock because he cannot walk very long distances. After a quick search, I found a wheelchair in the garage! Again, amazing attention to detail. Please do not hesitate if you are thinking about renting this home. It was a perfect experience, and an excellent value!"

"Two unusually good things about this property: privacy and the way it is stocked. I’ve stayed at a couple of dozen different higher end properties, and none has ever been stocked like this one! Huge selection of games and puzzles, all in excellent condition, guest slippers and robes in every bathroom, their outdoor equipment was thorough and all in amazing shape. They also had “surprises” throughout the property that you will stumble upon. I don’t want to ruin it for any future guests, but trust me, it was so fun to find and very creatively thoughtful. Someone thought of everything, and then went back and added more to the list. Now to privacy: this is always on the top of my list, not being stuck at the beach next to loud music if you don’t want it or rowdy groups. This property was the exact opposite. Most days, our beach was 100 yards of gorgeous beach just for us. We would see maybe two or three people a day walk by. The hot tub out the back balcony is gorgeous at night, with a great view of the stars and no light pollution. The rocks are some added beauty to watch the waves crash, rather than just straight sand. A few FYIs: A good Publix grocery store is just a couple of miles down the road. While the property is great, the town is not what you would think of when you think of old Florida “Beachtown” with little boardwalk shops or anything like that, but if you’re in it for beauty and privacy and an A++ property, I don’t think you can beat this place. And I am picky :)"

"No words to describe how this property exceeded any expectation we had coming in for our family vacation! They have thought of everything and have everything and anything you could think of, may have forgotten or simply didn’t think of. Steps from the ocean, private river front and dock. Basically, it was a small piece of heaven perfect for our family vacation! 1,000/10 rating. We will be going back!"

"This home was nothing short of AMAZING! The location and space were perfect for our family. We came for a family vacation - my husband and myself with our two daughters, 6 and 8 (though this home can of course accommodate SO, so many more). The home has so much to offer - ocean with its sunrise views and the lagoon with the sunsets. The pool was so cute under a little tree and such a hit when needing a break from the sand and wind. The home had all the "toys" you could possibly imagine - we especially loved the kayaks and SUPS on the lagoon, as well as the wave boards on the ocean. We have stayed at many beach home over the years, and this was the most well stocked home ever. The house was cleaned impeccably. The property manager was extremely responsive and had thought of absolutely everything. Would very much recommend! And we would stay at this, or another BIP home, anytime!"

My family couldn't stop raving about this property and how awesome it was. The host's attention to detail is immaculate making us feel like a 5 star guest.
