"We unintentionally challenged the patience & hospitality of this amazing staff in a number of ways: from having to change our reservations twice on short notice, checking in at lam (!), extending our stay, bringing a service animal, and more,... we're not usually such a pain, but none of this was received with anything other than a smile and a genuine desire to help and accommodate. As a matter of fact, one of the owners actually helped us out with our bags. So it's clear that this culture of hospitality begins with leadership, and is shared by every member of the staff. We will definitely be back, and we're eager to check out the Firelight Camps, as well! Sidenote, the trail right off of the Firelight Camps (immediately behind the Inn) is a fantastic way to immediately access nature. 10/10!!!"
