"A special shout-out to Denis, at the door, and Pasquale, at the desk. Without Denis, I would not have been able to move my son into college - he went WAY above and beyond to help out a struggling mom. In 3 short days I felt he'd become a friend, with huge smiles at greeting us and great advice always. Pasquale recognized the wifi trouble in my room, and that I needed to keep working in the (lovely) lobby, and offered to adjust my bill, which was very thoughtful."
