She took care of us from check-in to check-out, especially my grandnieces with special treats. "We found our room and the public areas very clean, very tidy, carefully arranged. Attentive staff. Generous breakfast. My wife found her bed too soft. Unfortunately our room was affected by music from across the courtyard until 11:30pm, then by a lorry loading or unloading right outside our window from 6:45am for half an hour. "
