"The location was amazing with lovely views of the country. However, we had real issues with the cleanliness of the property. The issues included cobwebs (in pretty much every room) dirty sheets including the cot, unscrubed loos and soaking wet lounger cushions that had been left out. Whilst an attempt had been made to clean the stair carpet it was clear that a duralex glass had been broken on the stairs as shards of glass were found not only on the stairs but also on the ground floor. "From arrival to departure the staff was incredible. The general manager really helped turn our very hectic day of delayed flights and lost luggages into a good day with his kindness and attentiveness. I would stay here again and again. Breakfast was amazing. A great variety and the service was beyond exceptional. Thank you all again for your hospitality. My daughters and I really appreciated it."
