"Schlimmste Hotelerfahrung meines Lebens. 110 £ inklusive Parken bezahlt. Eiskaltes Zimmer, kaum warmes Wasser. Vier Flaschen H-Milch pro Person – danach gab es keine Nachlieferung mehr! Kein direkter Manager vor Ort, nur eine Rezeptionistin, die gleichzeitig die Managerin war. Eine Person für viele Zimmer. Hunde verschmutzten die Rasenflächen in der Nähe der Unterkunft, und ich zahlte 20 £ extra für die Hundebetreuung."

"Apartment was excellent, very clean with everything you could need. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the mattress was too thin and I could feel the springs through it, so not very comfortable. A thicker more expensive mattress or at least a thick mattress topper. Would solve the issue. Central location in Staines Upon Thames, so super convenient. Would I stay here again, the answer is Yes. "
