"We stayed at this listing in another loft in 2024. It was an excellent stay. We chose this listing for our three week stay in 2025 based on the condition of the listings offered, the prompt and complete communication by the host, and the fact that we like the area. It has many restaurants, both fine and casual dining. It is a decent walk or a short bus ride to the Grand Arcade and the colleges. We would stay here again."

"We were told that we would be provided with a code to access the key for the flat but his was not forthcoming. The website for the organisation listed two contact numbers, both of which had been disconnected. We had to obtain alternative accommodation at short notice and will be requiring a refund."

"Het was een heerlijk appartement: schoon, op loopafstand van het centrum en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de beschrijvingen van het inchecken etc. waren heel duidelijk. Het appartement ligt aan een drukke weg, boven een brandweerkazerne en een politiebureau. Je hoort dus regelmatig sirenes. Ons zoontje van drie vond het fantastisch om alle zwaailichten en auto's te zien vanuit het raam. Hij mocht van de brandweer zelfs een keer in een brandweerauto zitten, toen we beneden gingen kijken. "Our third stay here and it’s so handy for visiting family in the area. Free parking plus you can look at all the birds and the animals there if you’re staying there too. Useful having a fridge, microwave and toaster and a sink in the mini kitchen. Comfy bed and plenty of hot water. We will definitely be returning next time we’re in the area as a very good value stay here."

"The apartment was nice and spacious. However only two towels were provided for 4 people, upon asking for more we received back a message to say there was more in the cupboard unfolded. These towels were dirty with stains on them. The apartment was quite dusty and bathrooms were not the cleanest, the owner of the property explained the cleaners were busy however offered no apology. Upstairs noises all night, and had to shut windows as outside traffic and noise from neighbours. "
