"The apartment was nice and spacious. However only two towels were provided for 4 people, upon asking for more we received back a message to say there was more in the cupboard unfolded. These towels were dirty with stains on them. The apartment was quite dusty and bathrooms were not the cleanest, the owner of the property explained the cleaners were busy however offered no apology. Upstairs noises all night, and had to shut windows as outside traffic and noise from neighbours. "

"Lovely home with everything we could ask for. Coming from the U.S. where I’m used to air conditioning, I was worried about staying in a home with no air con. But the host already had it covered, with a fan in each bedroom, so the home temperature was very comfortable. Even though the home is on the second floor (you enter at street level, but immediately walk up a flight of steps), it wasn’t too hot at all; we just closed the kitchen and front bedroom shades/curtains during the day to be safe,...

"We were told that we would be provided with a code to access the key for the flat but his was not forthcoming. The website for the organisation listed two contact numbers, both of which had been disconnected. We had to obtain alternative accommodation at short notice and will be requiring a refund."
