  • Experience a fully renovated upper duplex just 500ft from the beach! Enjoy stylish, modern decor, all-new appliances, and a spacious, comfortable layout. Perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, with easy access to the public beach. The space is pristine and ready for your stay. Pets are welcome to join in on the fun, too (a small pet fee applies)! Ideal for couples, families, or anyone looking for a fresh and convenient beach getaway. Please note that parking is on the left side of the driveway (one car behind the other). The right side of the driveway is strictly reserved for the downstairs guests.

Our bed linens are white; if possible, please do not allow your pet access to the beds and sofa. If that is not possible, please cover them with your own blankets.
There is an outdoor shower and tap; please use them to rinse off excess sand before entering the house after returning from the beach. Also clean the beach chairs and umbrella
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
