Big Pelican is a stunning oceanfront home that offers breathtaking views and a relaxing beach experience. With its vaulted ceilings and expansive wall of windows, this one-level beach house is a true gem.

Outdoor Living:
Oceanfront Deck: Enjoy both covered and uncovered areas on the spacious deck, perfect for soaking up the sun or watching the waves.
Street Side Porch: Unwind on the covered porch with fans and rocking chairs, ideal for lazy afternoons.
Gas Grill: Cook up your favorite meals while enjoying the fresh ocean breeze.
Pet Friendly: Bring your furry friends along! Dogs are welcome (2 max) for a $250 non-refundable pet fee per dog.

Open Floor Plan: As you enter through the exterior stairs, you’ll find a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining area, and living spaces.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook with ease in the kitchen featuring granite countertops and updated appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary needs.

Dining Area: Enjoy meals with seating for 10 at the dining table and 4 at the kitchen bar.

Living Spaces: Two inviting living areas provide the perfect spots for relaxation. One features a Roku TV for your entertainment, while the other is perfect for unwinding with a good book.

Laundry Convenience: A washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet off the great room.

Bedroom Layout: The home features six comfortable bedrooms, split between the east and west sides:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with Roku TV.
Bedroom 2: Two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4).
Bathroom 1: Shared full bathroom (tub/shower) for Bedrooms 1 and 2.

Bedroom 3: Oceanfront queen bed, Roku TV, and private bathroom (stand-up shower).

Bedroom 4: Queen bed with Roku TV.
Bedroom 5: King bed with Roku TV.
Bathroom 2: Shared full bathroom (tub/shower) for Bedrooms 4 and 5.

Rental Information:
Big Pelican allows flexible stays during the off season. In season - the home rents Saturday - Saturday.
Included Amenities: Linens (bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels) are provided with the beds made upon arrival.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
The house was very comfortable although a bit smaller than expected. It would have been nice to have some clothes hangers and a clothes rod even if it is just over the washer and dryer. Also missing was a paper towel holder. We were all a bit leery of the sagging floors across the front of the house especially in front of the refrigerator and in the front right bathroom. This definitely should be addressed. The best part was the location!
