"On the plus sides: The property is fun and ecclectic. I would say not for small children as there are wooden and woven giraffes, lamas, masks etc. that would likely attract attention Good location, easy walk to restaurants. Fells safe. Clean. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Plenty of books and games. Easy parking. Erin is very responsive.Negatives: mattress a bit soft but that's personal preference. A bit dark. I *believe * windows are covered with film [makes sence, floor level] ...

"Lana was great. Location was close to interstate and easy to navigate around the area. Two king beds were great and the other room has 2 beds. Everyone had their own space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with Lana was amazing. She repsonded quickly to all our questions and needs. Not sure when we will come this way again but will stay here if we do!"

"The unit‘s I set up very nicely, and the views unique. For our purposes, with three couples and a infant with the need to set up in Bernal Heights neighborhood-it was perfect.Call communication was good and everything in the building exceeded expectations."

"This home was well supplied & clean (could use lamps, suitcase rack). Great home in really really rough area. Every Uber advised against going out after dark, carrying backpacks or bags. This home in any other location would have been a 5 star. The listing suggested an up and coming "hip" area of Oakland. We didn't speak with anyone who thought that and it did not feel like it an area being gentrified. We almost asked to move but decided to stay and just shut ourselves in since we would only be...

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was comfortable and with three of us, it was roomy and our granddaughter could have her privacy. The only drawback was the lack of a guard rail on the front steps. My husband and I are 76 so I would have felt more comfortable with a guard rail."

"This property fit our family, but it is apparent this is an income property. The home has no air conditioning -- which we found out only days before checking in -- and only one small fan. Since I am asthmatic this resulted in significant breathing problems. There were 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels in each bathroom for a total of 3 washcloths and 6 towels for 9 people. We finally found more towels in a cabinet upstairs, but had to go buy washcloths. In the kitchen, there were no towels to dry or...
