"The place was beautiful, even in the single night we were there it looked great. So it was unfortunate that the bed wasn't made nor were the sheets washed. The place also smelled a lot of dogs and their excrement. And the dogs barked and got really loud when you went to the bathroom. I would like to try and stay again if it were more clean, and actually meet the the owner, they were very accommodating and we got in and out with no problem"

"Very cute property with lots of character. It's in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people We only stayed for a night, but enjoyed ourselves. We had everything we needed. I did not get the message that this location was in the back of a primary residence, but once we figured it out and navigated a VERY narrow drive way, everything was good."

"We booked this property to go spend time with our son who is a student at Cal and was turning 21.We brought my wife’s parents and property was easy to find and nearby UC Berkeley. Property is near by Emeriville, shops, Berkeley and not too far from Costco.Property was clean, spacious with 2 rooms, bathroom, kitchen and small living room.Kitchen was stocked with waters, cooking utensils, cooking oil/spices, plates, bowls, cups, mugs and coffee machine with pods.The only drawback was the guests upstairs who had a dog, kid and walking around at 2am that was loud.Overall we enjoyed our stay for 2 nights with the amenities and price was good. The host was great and pretty straightforward with rules.We would definitely book again."

"Robert was very helpful and his communication with us was prompt. There were a couple of issues when we arrived (flashing lightbulb in refrigerator, spot on one of the area rugs) so we sent him a note. Someone was there quickly to resolve them and he followed up to make sure everything else was good. The condo was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there."
