"Tout etait merveilleux. Tout s’est bien déroulé sauf peut être au moment du chek out. On nous a facturé 210$ de consommations non - utilisées de mini bar. Un simple courriel et tout est entré dans l'ordre. Je félicite la rapidité de reponse et l'efficacité du personnel"

"We LOVED our stay here! The staff were exceptional! Not just friendly and helpful, but exceptional in their service, enthusiasm and hospitality. We didn’t love the room we were assigned because it was very small and the “view” was a tiny window. Not exactly what we hoped for from a beautiful place like this. We went to the front desk, did not complain at all, but just asked if they had any upgrades, something with a better view. The staff person was so kind and gave us a different room that was absolutely outstanding. We ordered room service and the food was excellent! Everything about our stay was magically beautiful! We will be back."

"The only issie I had was that you can hear the people in the next room talking. So it was hard to get to sleep. The walls seem "thin" in this hotel. Stayed here before and same thing. Could almost hear the conversation. City noise is always an issue but thats not the hotels fault. A garbage truck doing something woke me up at 4:30am. Loud banging and glass breaking for about an hour. Wasnt sure what it was. Other than that, the place was clean and bed/pillows very comfortable. Riom was a good temperature. The staff is super friendly. Ill continue to use this hotel."
