"On 2 occasions the staff went above and beyond, the first was when we wanted to play ping pong but there appeared to be no paddles to play with and a kind maintenance man searched high and low until he came out with new paddles and balls for us to play with. The 2nd was when we learned we'd somehow left behind a favorite stuffed animal, Mike, the night receptionist took time to find it for us and leave directions to have it sent back to us the next morning! Family Stay

"Family and I had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a few appetizers and drinks in the evening at the restaurant and it was all very well served and delicious. The breakfast was not worth the price, in my opinion, nonetheless it was appetizing. We will be back!"

"The hotel was excellent! Very clean, modern, and had all the amenities required for a comfy stay. The location was very easy to access via public transport from the airport. It’s in the heart of downtown so it’s very easy to walk around to all the attractions that San Fran has to offer. Bonus: it’s right next to the trolley station so you get great access to it. We loved it here! "
