We stayed in the Club level and everything was wonderful. The only suggestion would be to have some vegetarian options available other than salads when we let you know ahead of time that we would be staying with you. Hats off to the chef for the best lemon tart I have ever eaten!

This is a newly renovated late 1800's mansion impeccably done in period decor. 7 rooms open with 5 more to be renovated. A little construction noise during the day but not bad. It was stylish with a welcoming professional staff. The breakfast was included and an ala carte choice from 6 or 7 gourmet choices. Excellent dinner menu which we did not have time to try. We will return!

Gorgeous hotel in downtown San Francisco. Clean, front staff was courteous, efficient and friendly. Location is close to a lot of great destinations around downtown. One small gripe is the staff in the bar lounge area were definitely waking up on the wrong side of the bed. Got very nasty very quick for no reason, they apologized later, after i continued to be friendly, but it was too late - whatever, didn't take away from the hotel overall, definitely worth it.
