"The location was ideal and we had a great time at Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, North Beach and China Town. We were even able to leave our car parked until 6 PM on the day of checkout, which was amazing! They had cookies and milk at 8PM, which was great, but they were just Oreos and Animal Crackers. "Best deal in San Francisco. Good prices, great location, good lobby bar and breakfast buffet, and awesome views. Our favorite hotel in the city and we have stayed everywhere. Walkable to all locations with tons of restaurants around it."

"The rooms and service and restaurants are outstanding- Quimby (Q), Leo the concierge, Ari the bellman, the entire valet team and staff were beyond welcoming. A minor note that the pool/steam are not available to hotel guests without booking a spa service. It is a wonderful property and we will be back!"
