"Our stay was super relaxing in our little cottage by the river. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided but taking groceries is essential. The cabin was very cosy and the views were stunning. Thanks to Andy for leaving us with lots of chopped wood to keep warm and have a lovely wood fire in the evenings. Not having any mobile access was a blessing so we could switch off and enjoy our surroundings."

"Although the property seems smaller than anticipated, it was still comfortable. It can do well with larger indoor spaces as the rain over the last couple of days confined us so. The TV reception dropped off a few times and there arenā€™t enough toilet papers resulting in us having to buy some in town."

"The property was clean and tidy with good amenities. Drying room was a huge benefit after a day at the snow. Plenty of firewood cut and dried ready to use. We all enjoyed watching the wildlife roaming the property. Highly recommend staying here."

"We had the best time staying at Mountain Lodge Sawmill Settlement. It had everything we needed plus more. It was lovely and warm and catered for the right amount of people. Even enough teaspoons for all!!! Tania was amazing to deal with. Highlight was the visit in the morning from the King parrots."

"2 min drive away from the entry gates of Mount Buller. Well thought out facilities such as a drying room for all the wet ski gear. We did experience some electrical issues at check-in but the hosts were quick to help and got the problem solved. Highly recommended for ski trips."

"This property was perfect! Myself and a group of friends went down for a couple of nights to have some fun on the lake. The weather was brisk but sunny and the house was perfect. "Itā€™s nothing like the photos or the description. Online it says thereā€™s hot water, a tv and room for twelve people however none of that was true. There was also only one 2 seater couch unlike the photos. This cabin is not the same as the photos provided and especially since thereā€™s very cold weather yet we had no hot water."

"Really enjoyed this place with the family. Close enough to some of the sights that made it quite easy to explore and do some day trips around the area. The wifi at the property can drop off on occasion but that didn't diminish the enjoyment of the property. Backyard with the BBQ grill got the job done and was great to watch the stars"

"What we like: Near center, incl. Walkable to grocery store, stunning view where the property is located and along the way to the center, enough rooms to cater considerably big family. What we don't like: no wheelchair access, access to property from the street was rather a struggle, what up in the snow before reaching the stairs, utensils/appliances were not clean/ worn out (suggest to replace some of them), oven was not cleaned."
