"We attended the dawn service that was live streamed to the Entertainment center and then attended the Gun Fire breakfast. The Hotel is ideally situated to allow older people the opportunity to attend such a moving service to honor our ANZAC hero's.We had dinner at the Hotel and also breakfast, My wife was seriously impressed.. by the pancake making machine. Over all a very pleasant stay and we would not only recommend the Hotel , we will be back to stay again All 5 star."

"We stayed 6 nights & our only complaint was that we couldn’t extend our stay several more nights because they were fully booked - which wasn’t surprising! Pelicans was great - staff couldn’t have been more accommodating & friendly. Kitchen well equipped. Great to have washer, clothes line & dryer. DVDs were fun to borrow. Easy walk to the beach & several very good eating options. Enjoyed several extended walks in the area for beautiful views & wildlife. Highly recommend- bed was VERY comfortable too."
