"I booked this room for my daughter in law Grandchildren. They were returning to Ohio from visiting us and the family here in Florida. The room was so filthy. and had bugs walking around in it. that they could not even stay at that hotel. I paid for the room. and the additional charge for a number questions ask refund. It has been over a week and I have not received the refund from Expedia.?"

"We were there for a quick overnight stay and I would say it was a good experience for a very good price. We needed a pet friendly place and the room rate + the pet fee was still very reasonable. The property is older, but VERY clean and the bed was comfortable. The lady who checked us in and the gentleman who checked us out the next morning were both very nice. "Television did not work. Chairs in dining room were in poor condition with covering over cushions peeling off, falling on the floor and getting on clothing when one sits on them. Breakfast was okay. Room had a mildew order."
