This place is amazing. The staff is so friendly and attentive. They made us feel welcomed and safe. The spa was so relaxing. Everything about the resort was great. Can not wait to come back.

The ultimate best hotel In valle ! I broke my ankle here honestly I am So glad it happened here then anywhere else . The staff was so attentive to me , they even cared for my foot . Simply the best !

Excellent staff, amazing property, safe, and quiet

Excellent stay. Only down fall was the lack of parking. We were lucky to find parking right in front of the hotel when we returned from our day trip, on both days.

Our stay was amazing from our first interaction with the girl down at the front desk who greeted us with a smile right off the bat she was super nice and friendly. Everyone was really helpful if we needed anything they were quick to respond. The rooms were super clean they all have a stove, fridge, microwave & little eating area. This is now my go-to hotel when I stay in Valle. It is right off the main road, so no long dirt roads. The rooms are secluded, the staff are extremely friendly. 20 out of 10.
