"We chose this “chic apartment” over a terraced cottage that was 50% cheaper as we thought it was Christmas and we deserved a bit of luxury. We arrived after an 8 hour drive to a terraced house in a poor area. All the bedding and towels were of the poorest quality I had ever seen. The beds were full of hair, pubic and otherwise. The shower tray was filthy with added pubic hair. There were rubbish bags in kitchen cupboards. No kitchen equipment, no potato peeler, corkscrew, utensils, oven trays,...
