"Nice place enjoyed it there but a few things needed fixing and needs reprinting in some rooms but apart from that was good would stay again"

"The location was amazing for anyone going to visit Goodison Park. It is literal steps away from the back of the Bullens stand. The unit was nice, though it could have been cleaned a bit better. There were no instructions that came with the unit so we couldn't figure out how to run the central heat and had to rely on the space heaters. We also couldn't figure out how to lock the doors (lift up on the handle while turning the key!) and had trouble finding the wifi code. A simple instruction sheet...

"Easy check-in. Excellent communication from hosts. House was a good size which catered for the five of us. Our only complaint was that there weren't enough cups for all of us to have our morning tea and coffee at the same time. Two bathroom features was a Godsend."

"Property well located for access to Anfield and Goodison. Guaranteed street parking on match day is nice (well, permit). It is multilevel so be aware of that (and the stairs were a bit steep for my 80 yr old mom ,but she managed). Only thing we would have liked flto see different was the heat to be turned on the day we were arriving since the house was quite cold and took til the morning to warm up (we arrived at night). But would recommend to friends."

"My family and I came from the US to watch LFC play. Short walk to the stadium, perfect setup for my husband, myself and our two adult boys. Would stay here again."

"When we arrived there were cream chargers (laughing gas canisters), drugs clip bags and smashed glass all over the back yard. Also the end of a weed joint on the top of a door frame and blood on toilet paper. Despite this we were denied our security deposit after the stay "

"We were only staying for a few days but they couldn't have been better. Our hosts, Graham and Debbie, made us feel very welcome and they couldn't have been more helpful. The annexe itself was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It was very clean and comfortable and it had the added advantage of a beautiful and secure garden. The location was ideal because it was very quiet as we are used to living in a village. Definitely to be recommended."

"Wow!! What can i say about the property and our stay....wow just wow! We had a fantastic time on our stay. Julie is an incredible host, very gracious and willing to help in any way. The home itself is 5*, very well maintained, a huge garden, and some of the most incredible views imaginable. My family loved it! We wish we lived there, its so serene and peaceful....morning coffee overlooking the beach and the Mersey cannot be beaten! Next time i go back to Liverpool i hope to stay there again....

"After booking and paying in full the hosts went off grid, not only would they not respond to us, but Vrbo couldn’t get hold of them either. We were left with 3 children and a baby with nowhere to stay, 4 hours away from home. Avoid this host at all costs. Vrbo were equally unhelpful in resolving the matter, telling us to sort our own arrangements out for ourselves (at 5pm!). An incredibly stressful time, would absolutely not recommend these hosts, or Vrbo as a booking platform."

"The area was as expected - I knew it. It's not the greatest, but OK. It advertised as having parking. It was residents parking - but there are no residents parking permits - the solution was to park 100m+ away in a car park. The decor looked tired, on arrival, but not a major concern for us - the pictures don't reflect this. We discovered a pile of full bin bags outside in the back yard, which animals had got at and food was scattered. There were only 3/9 lights in the kitchen working - a...

"Stayed for 1 night and everything was great. Hot tub was ready and hot for us as stated. The house was spotless and garden was tidy. Only fault i could find is that the bath plug doesn’t shut fully, but it’s also a shower so it doesn’t matter. The smallest bedroom out of the 3 had a bed and which was kinda like a camp bed so the edges were metal but it wasn’t an issue either really."

"If you want somewhere that bit more chilled and off the main party zones this is the one for you. Great service, the place was immaculate, everything you could possibly need in the apt. Could not have asked for more and friendly Liverpudlian at reception. Chinese, desert shop, Turkish and supermarkets all at your door step. I e will definitely be back again! "
