Everything is spectacular, stuff, room, breakfast, location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and a great way to fuel up to start a day of sight seeing. One thing would have made our stay more enjoyable. As English speaking travelers, we would have enjoyed a better variety of English channels on the TV. Lovely , modern hotel in a great location just on the edge of old town. It is a a bit of a walk to the castle if you have mobility issues but not an issue for us, as we like hiking/walking and the multi-lingual staff will assist with calling a taxi if needed. We had a junior suite on the top floor that has a balcony with a city view and it was perfect for 2 adults & a teen. Major plus was functional air conditioning in October!!! Great property with parking lot that easy to access and self park. Amazing location, walk to stores, and the castle. The castle is a 45 min walk to get to, but definitely worth it.

Hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating. A little out of the way but if you arrive in time you can take the Klum train up the hill right behind the drop point behind the castle.

Wow, right outside the famous Heidelberg towers and our rooms over looked the bridge and the river! Perfection. Beautiful old world sitting room to grab a coffee and wait for the rest of our group! We were so lucky to be there for Christmas Markets. It was perfect

Situated on Hauptstrasse (Main Street) in old town Heidelberg. It as good to walk every day just as the Germans do. Shops were okay, but plentiful. Also close to Heidelberg's main historical attractrations, the Schloss (Castle) and the Alte Brucke ( the old Bridge). Room comes with a complementary breakfast which, from my earlier experiences, is typical German. The hotel s restaurant dinning facilities were not open the 6 days we were there. The desk staff and concierge were wonderful: helpful, prompt and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, and the breakfasts offered a huge and delicious variety of cereals, breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, juices, coffees, teas, and more.

Since it's small, it had a more intimate feel. We loved how close it is to the many Christmas markets, old bridge, Philosophers' Walk, and old castle. Taking bus 32 from the train station drops you right at the hotel! We would stay here again. We stayed in December and it was plenty warm.

Good location. Walking distance to old town and castle. Rooms are small, but not unusual for Europe.
