"They served the same food 3 days in a row! Breakfast, lunch and dinner… The ac didn’t work in the room for the first 2 nights. I had to get moved to another room When I booked it said night clubs , seafood nights we never had any of it! The swim up bar closed every day at 6pm This was not an all inclusive hotel!!!! "

"The food was amazing and the staff was exceptional. We were there during the down season so the pool wasn’t really clean and the hot tub and pool bar were not functioning; however, the staff was so helpful and polite and treated us like royalty. Daniella set us up with every excursion and Jesus drove us to the nearby beaches. Other than the facilities needing a little updating, the place was amazing and we would definitely go back! Just keep in mind you are in a very quiet part of the coast, so if you want more action you might not want to be in this area. But it was perfect for us! "

"If your all about a modern space this is not for u ..Its old Costa Rico design. Its not a spacious as made to be .The porch is where all the space is along with the private pool .its more for a mom and children not 3 couples..Its cute not much comfort .its not bad but i prefer more modern."

"Overall, I had a really good time. The food was actually very good compared to some of the reviews that I saw that mentioned it was mediocre. The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the location is amazing, the villa itself would benefit from updating and maintenance. We appreciated the constant shuttle service to the beach, villas, and pools. The pools are nice, though a bit small, and more shaded areas would be better. The properly overall is kept pretty clean. In hindsight, I would probably stay somewhere with nicer villa interiors, even if it costs a bit more."
