"We book a fun trip(not far from home) every year for our son's birthday. This trip was one for the books! A nice, roomy and comfortable home. The video games and pool table were a big hit and kept us entertained during our stay. Very close to some great restaurants. We also had some fun at Boondocks which is less than 5 minutes away."

"We enjoyed our stay at the little cabin. It was great for what we needed and roomy. Check in was a breeze even with a minor hiccup, our host was easy to reach and able to get us in very quickly. We enjoyed our stay. The yard was in need of a good mowing and the outside of the house was lacking some TLC. Also I’m not sure if this is the norm or not but when we arrived the house had no toilet paper. The toilet was equipped with a bidet. So we did have to leave and get toilet paper. "

"You share the space with other families/groups. It is a perfect social spot. The fire pits next to the river are the focal point. We brought our small pups, and Lyons is pet friendly! Loved the area. Peaceful! "

"This property was very relaxing. The inside of the cabin was so nicely done with clean up to date appliances and the back patio with the hot tub was sooo nice. The river was steps away from our porch and it was truly lovely!!!"

"The cabin was sweet, but not a fan on the parking so far away from the cabin especially walking back at night. The walls were quite thin and could hear next door neighbors and we could have used a curtain or blinds in the bathroom."

"First a warning - this is not a good place for seniors. I'm 81 and able bodied. My wife is 77 and very unstable walking. Partly our fault that we didn't check on the ease of access. Other than that the place is wonderful and we did our best to enoy the ambience!"

"We did not expect to have the host in the same house but it was NOT an issue for us. Although we did feel as though we had to be quiet to not disturb her and her dog. The entire lower level of the house is the rental suite. The host lives upstairs. We only saw her once during our 4 night stay. Her hospitality was over the top! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and more! We rent Vrbo's frequently and have never had a host in the same house. If you may have a problem...

"We had a lovely stay at Ruby's River Cabin. Check in was a breeze. The house was very welcoming, clean, and well stocked. The location is gorgeous with tons of trees and the river running nearby. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the sauna, so we had to contact the owner. Stephen was very quick to reply and helped us out. We will definitely be rebooking for a more restful weekend as this visit was to celebrate my son’s graduation from CU."
