"The owner was amazing. Our cabins hot water heater went bad. So the 2nd day we were there I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. As soon as I texted Bridget { I think that was her name} she was over there immediately to figure out what was wrong. So she told us to move to another cabin { which was a bigger and beautiful cabin}. She offered to help move our stuff and everything. She couldn't have been more accommodating then she was. "The breakfast was very good including the coffee (not everyone has good coffee). There is plenty of off street parking in a secure and well lit parking lot behind the building. There are actually 2 buildings and one appears to be all suites. I suggest you request a room in the suite building. You might also request a room towards the back of the building as street noise could be an issue for those who are light sleepers. Finally, if you plan to visit the wineries in the area plan to do so early...

"We stayed at TownPlace because the location was near the start of the Erie Marathon. Overall very nice accommodations and the staff were pleasant. I would only suggest a reasonable checkout time as a courtesy for those guests running the marathon (at least an hour) to have some time to freshen up after the race. We were given 30 mins which was ultimately fine. Secondly, it would have been nice to have a small early breakfast available between 5-6am (bananas/bagels/coffee) due to the race...
