Wonderful stay - larger and more comfortable than pictures show

The stay was very comfortable and our host was able to accommodate our needs. The house was large, comfortable, and well maintained. I would stay here again.

Colorado trip

This house is beautiful, clean, well stocked & with lots of room. 6 of us were very comfortable here. It's situated in a nice neighborhood & we enjoyed our stay immensely. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location & lots of space

We were in town visiting our daughters and this house gave us plenty of room and a convenient location for the Thanksgiving weekend. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us and the kitchen had all the cooking and baking pans and utensils we needed. We had easy access to everywhere we wanted to go as well as countless options on Door Dash for deliveries. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wedding in Lyons

Our family came to celebrate our son’s wedding in Lyons and this was a perfect location and accommodations for our family including two grandchildren. Great neighborhood with a park. It had all the amenities needed for our stay.

Five friends stayed here and everything about the rental was perfect. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed for meal prep, coffee and just relaxing. Central location to Denver, Boulder, Ft Collins and RMNP. Highly recommended in a quiet neighborhood, close to I-25

Great location and beautiful property

The home was clean and beautiful. Very well stocked with what we needed to cook and they had an air fryer too. Lots of room for my family to enjoy our stay. The neighbors were very nice and we had no issues. The community pool was large and accommodating, a bit to far to walk but was only a short drive. We will defiantly be back.

We had our adult kids and my parents with us for our Colorado vacation. The property was perfect for 10 of us. Large, well appointed kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub as well.

Weekend home

Used this property for parents weekend at CU. Very clean and just a quick 25 min drive to campus. Had everything we needed and our host was ready to help with any needs. Highly recommend.

Lovely home for Family Wedding Week

This home was a great place to stay for our extended family (four couples) during Thanksgiving week for our son's wedding. Everyone just loved the home and it was roomy enough to gather together and enjoy time with each other. The host was very responsive in answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again!

Large Family Labor Day Getaway

The house was very clean and had lots of room. We are a family of nine and our older girls really enjoyed having their own bedroom. We would rent this property again. The property manager was always very responsive to any questions we had.

Great location and very nice neighborhood.

This house was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting family. The house was spacious enough for 10 of us. The neighborhood was quiet even with houses so close by. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool at the pool house. I would recommend more towel hooks on the doors or bathroom walls. We had to be creative with hanging up wet towels. Overall we would stay here again!

The perfect Family Holiday

This property was perfect and just what our family needed. The location is just off of I25 and minutes from anywhere. The home was clean and beautiful. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Our family holiday was perfect and this home gave us everything we needed. Good memories were made for sure. Our 10month old grandson started walking and his first Christmas and New Year was the best. KT is a great host and whenever we visit the area again our family of 7 and a half will definitely be using this property again.

Spacious Home with Communication and Cleaning Shortcomings

The home itself was a pleasant surprise. The spacious living area was perfect for our group and provided a comfortable gathering space. However, our experience was impacted by several issues. Communication with the host, while prompt, lacked essential details about the property. We felt unprepared for our stay due to the absence of a clear check-in time, inconsistent information in the listing, and a complete lack of a household manual. A delay in the cleaning/turn-over process added unnecessary stress to our arrival as we were not able to get into the rental and had to wait outside for 90 minutes. Additionally, the property was noticeably short on basic cleaning supplies. A week-long stay without a vacuum or functional broom was inconvenient and made maintaining the home clean challenging. Upon arrival, we also found the home in need of dusting and a deeper clean. The space and convenient surroundings were positive aspects of our stay. The check-in, communication, and cleanliness would prevent us from recommending to others.
