Not much of a boutique hotel person but definitely was very pleased with this hotel. Largest bed I have seen or slept on in Europe , pillows soft and comfortable. Room and bathroom larger than most places and well design. Close to all main attractions. Definitely would recommend to stay here .

A great location near downtown, shopping, the pedestrian zone, and the bike path along the Danube. Room were clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast offered cold and warm choices. Overall, a great experience.

We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and Airbnb’s. This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed with in Europe. The location is tops, only a 2 minute walk to Stephensplatz, shopping and restaurants. The room is huge, with large bathroom and large walk-in closet as well. Small kitchenette is perfect. Was concerned it was far from the tourist attractions. Then, I learned you can take the metro (right outside the hotel) to them AND the train station. Hotel itself is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly

When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

Wonderful staff, very kind to our family. Clean, safe, well sized rooms. Wifi works, tv works, no problems checking in. We will return to this hotel one day for sure!

This hotel gets it right! The staff is super friendly and made me feel like a VIP! Everything is thoughtfully laid out and perfect for a long-term stay. It is right across the street from the subway and only 15 minutes away from city center. There is a shopping mall right across the street with a grocery store in the same building. Highly recommended!

The property was wonderful. Close to the city center but a little on the outskirts to not feel the busy rush. The room was very nice and spacious.

The hotel was fantastic, breakfast was amazing and it was in a quieter part of town close to public transit.

The location is really excellent, close to the Opera House and the shops of the Kartnerstrasse while facing a quiet street. The breakfast room is spacious and the selection and quality of the food very good. It seems like a business hotel more than for leisure travelers, no lobby seating only in the bar; decor a functional euro-modern.
