"A/C & Heater wasn’t working. Only AC. Room was cold. When I raised it with staff. They left a space heater in the room. So room would go hot then cool at night depending on what was on. Raised it two times with staff in first couple of days. They said they would deal with it. Never did. Never said a word to me again. Otherwise great large room and great location."

"Estaba limpio, el personal amable, la ubicacion muy buena el bus esta literalmente fuera del hotel, supermercado en frente, pero la cama estaba muy incomoda, no habia shampoo ni acondicionador ni jabon de ducha. Podria mejorar en eso, todo lo demas muy bien."
